Yisrayl and Hailey Kern
Yisrayl and Hailey met in 2016 after years of friendship they knew they wanted to work together. Yisrayl had been building since he was a young kid and went into business on his own when he was 18. He then went on to get his contractors licenses in 2023. Hailey had an eye for design and graduated from Memphis university in 2020 with a bachelor degree in fine arts and art history. The two become one in 2019 and began to learn and grow, leaning on each other’s strengths and dreaming of building something bigger and more beautiful every year since.
Tyler has been an excellent addition to our team with a desire to learn and improve every day. Tyler states that when he started working with Merit Construction Company he, “Did not know how to read a tape measure." We all laugh at that now seeing how far he has come.

Our Becky and now we get to share her with you all. Becky has been a constant in the lives of so many here in our little town in Tennessee. With a heart of gold she is the first face many see when they contact Merit Construction Company.
